About My Services

All readings are prepared personally and delivered as a PDF via email within 24 hours of order placement.

The Unlimited Readings subscription ($29.99/month) provides ongoing readings and follow-up support. The subscription renews automatically each month to maintain ongoing support. Cancellation is available anytime through your customer account portal or by emailing solene@ori-zia.com.

All readings are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Customers should verify email accuracy to prevent delivery problems.

Payment and Cancellations

Payments process securely through Shopify Payments. Cancellation or order modifications may be requested within 2 hours of purchase by contacting solene@ori-zia.com.

Beyond this window, store credit may be offered instead. Full refund details appear in the Refund Policy.
